06/30/2008 | There will be a system wide outage this evening effecting Hosting, DSL, Radius, and Name Services. This is an unplanned maintenance outage to repair some damaged equipment.
Estimated Down time will be 1 hour after such a time you may need to power cycle your equipment.

05/07/2008 | Charter customers were experiencing issues checking email both from email clients and the webmail client.
Upon further testing it was found that Charter was having a routing issue locally.
Charter was contacted and through the course of an hour or so of working with them the issue was resolved.

04/16/2008 | We`re having issues w/ our phone system. We`re working on it and expect to have it fixed shortly. You should still be able to reach Technical Support at 800-419-4804, Option 2 or 482-8324, Option 2 if you`re local. There is also support@mind.net or billing@mind.net as well. 03/03/2008 | We have just found out that Netgear has released a new version of Firmware for their routers - While this is not related to InfoStructure you may find if you have a Netgear Rangemax router that your internet connection is periodically disconnecting. This is common when a new version of Firmware is released
To upgrade the firmware on a Netgear router:
Open a web browser
Browse to http://192.168.1.1
Enter your username and password
Click Router Upgrade on the left
Follow the instructions provided there.
You must have a computer hooked to the router to do this, it is not recommended to use a wireless computer to update your router.
If you require assistance in doing this InfoStructure can recommend a paid tech that you can have visit your home.

We will be doing maintenance on our routers Monday, March 10, 2008 11:00 PM to Tuesday, March 11, 2008 1:00 AM. This will effect our T1 and DSL customers. During this time the network for those customers will be down.
The estimated downtime for the outage is 2 hours, after such time you may need to power cycle your modem to re-establish your connection.
