Please review these instructions before registering:

ACCOUNT NAME:

• Type your company name as it appears on your bill.

• If you have a residential account, use your first and last name as it appears on your bill.

• Do not use both names to register.

ACCOUNT TELEPHONE:

• If you have telephone service from InfoStructure, use one of your telephone numbers to register.

• If you only have Internet Service, use all ZEROS for the telephone number when registering.

• Example (000) 000-0000
